If you mean you would like to change "Dashboard" to another name, I am sorry to say it can't be changed by developers. All developers see this "Dashboard" name in their Dev Center Dashboard.

The "Dashboard" word won't be part of your app package's name, only your publisher name will. So even though you can't change the name "Dashboard", I don't think it is a problem for you.
