just create new infopath form while creating data connection with sharepoint library it ask for prompt then i got following error:

Account is system account and has access to site, site also added in trusted sites. i tried to connect from both sharepoint servers but still getting same error. please guide what is an issue and how to fix it.

I believe this issue may encountered very recently or is it a long time issue ?

if it happens very recently, then check all your web front end server that has any new patches or updates installed, if you have multiple WFE server, then remove any one server from LB and uninstall any new patches or updates then publish the InfoPath form and kindly check if any new software has installed or updated.

如果可能，请使用fiddler跟踪请求的工具，你可以得到任何线索。

If possible, use fiddler tool to trace the request, you may get any clue on this.
