I already deployed my ASP application in IIS without Visual studio and SQL server now i want to connect to database SQL server, So please provide solution.

We can't "provide a solution" for you - there are just too many variables.
The first thing to do is talk to your hosting service and find out if they provide SQL server and if so, what the instance name and user ID's are. Then you can look at migrating your database to their server and configuring your SQL connection string for your application.

But until you have that, we can't help at all.
