I have Windows 7 64 bit I am fully updated on every possible driver. I have two issues. A. My computer hangs on a few proccesses Uninstalling or installing any of the microsoft visual c ++ will end on it saying initializing and then not continuing to do anything. This same process ran on safe mode gives me the following error. 0x80070641 2. When opening windows installer it hangs and crashes on the opening of it. Trying to play apex legends and am told that the microsoft visuals 2017 replaces the 2015 files causing the install to hang the cure being to uninstall all microsoft visuals c and then reinstalling them aside from 2017
