I use an Azure function to do some python data transformations. I want to write my pandas dataframe to Azure SQL (pd.to_sql). How can I install the ODBC driver in an Azure Linux function?

Hi,

The unixODBC driver is already installed in the Linux image we use to run Functions, but there was an issue in the core-tools that should be fixed as of today. Please try updating to the latest core-tools and feel free to circle back if you continue seeing issues. Here is the link for the context on the issue: ODBC + core tools. ODBC Driver 17 (not 13) for SQL Server is currently installed.
