I have an html/js app which includes about 100 js files. Every single file uploads except 1. This single file fails every time regardless of what FTP client I use. It fails with messages per below.

The file is NOT in use. Even if I delete the file and recreate it (webpack generated), it will not upload. It is just one file.

If I rename it, it still wont work. If I zip it, I can upload it.
