Thanks for reading this out. 

We are trying to migrate an On Premises SQL Server to PaaS. We are referring to : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/architecture/reference-architectures/data/stream-processing-databricks

In SQL server we have a data table called as User that has list of all users and regions each user has access to, for reporting, once cube is processed, based on region, User gets the report. 

My question is how can we implement the same if we want to go cube-less and have Cosmos DB as database. Data volume is in 10+ GB.
