How can I delete an ASR process server that no longer exists?

I searched the forums and I found the proper way to remove a process server is to uninstall the service.  However, the old process server doesn't exist anymore.

fabric = Get-AzureRmSiteRecoveryFabric -FriendlyName <name of your configuration server>

Remove-AzureRmSiteRecoveryFabric -Fabric
