当我从azure marketplace（带有sql server Standard的Windows Server 2016）中选择一个图像时，默认语言是英语。

When i choosed an image from the azure marketplace (Windows Server 2016 with sql server Standard ) the default language is English.

无论如何我可以使用法语吗？

Is there anyway that i can have a french one?

Excluding the idea of installing the language pack inside the vm  because of the huge number of vms that can be deployed .(just to mentionned that i tried to install the package but it was not working very well for example the part of creating roles in the windows server 2016 reamined in english)

unfortunatly, you will have to create your own image in the gallery for future use if you want a french language, I think the reason would be the VM requires VM Extensions by azure to manage the VM.
