Situation:  I have a SharePoint list that contains a list of tasks.  Each task could be assigned to one group or many groups.  The "assigned to" field is a choice menu with the list of groups that could be assigned to each task, and the person creating the task entry can select appropriate group or groups.  I would like to create a view that groups the "assigned to" field.  So Group 1 will show all tasks assigned to Group 1, Group 2 lists all tasks for Group 2, etc. 

From my understanding there is no OOB SharePoint 2013 setting that will group a choice menu field with multi choices.  

So, is there an alternative way to get a similar view with an OOB setup?
