Hi  prasad127, 

According to your description,  you could add field which have sponsor and sponsor in cell. then right click sponsor to add group "player"(right click player to insert column->inside group to add player type), then right click player to add group "Team" , and add "GroupA". If you want to merge cell, you could choose tow cells in header to merge

 Then you will get the result like below
