Can I produce BI reports based on project site level data eg custom lists?  I can't see site level tables being exposed when connecting to OData?

Hi Stev, although we do not expose the site level custom list data through the ProjectData feed - you could use OData via the SharePoint service access point of _api/Web/Lists...  to get the list data - and then consolidate the information in Excel or wherever you are consuming OData.
