I have created msi using Visual Studio Setup Project in windows 10.

I have set a banner bitmap image (.jpg) using User Interface of Visual Studio Setup Project. Since the image is displayed very large in msi, I have reduced the size and position of the image using post-build event in Visual Studio Setup project properties. I used vbscript to access msi database and adjusted the values present in the 'Control' table.

When msi is installed in windows 10 os system, banner bitmap image is displayed.

But other than windows 10, the image is not displayed in msi, but msi works fine.

why?

Kindly someone suggest a solution as soon as possible.

What's your project type, windows desktop application or office project?
