I am installing Sql Server 2012 in my system and it is asking for .Net 3.5 framework should be turned on. I am turning it on but it unable to download the required files. It is giving an error code : 0x800F081F

2. Enable .NET Framework from the Control Panel

3.使用命令: DISM/Online/EnableFeature/FeatureName:NetFx3/All/LimitAccess/Source:E:\ sources \ sxs

3. Use command: DISM /Online /EnableFeature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:E:\sources\sxs
