I recently had an app submission fail certification because I put it in the "Games" category and the reviewer decided that it wasn't a "Game". Aside from the issue of a reviewer arbitrarily deciding what is and is not a "game", I have a few questions:

Does an app need to be in the "Games" category to be part of the Creators program and be published on Xbox One?

If an app is not in the "Games" category, will it show up on the Creators Collection page on Xbox One? If not, where would it show up?

Thank you for your interest in the Xbox Live Creators Program!

At the moment, the Xbox Live Creators Program is for games only.  Based on
the description above, it sounds like this is build as an app, which the
program does not currently support.

We'll be listening to feedback and taking this into consideration for future
