We have many customers on Websitepanel, however one of these customers is now unable to create new users under the hosted organisation. When trying to create a new user we simply receive the following error:

The account does not get created in AD at all. After increasing the logging level for the agent on the Exchange server we receive the following in the event logs:

As mentioned earlier this is working fine for all other customers on the same system. The customer that has the problem is also able to create contacts etc all OK and they all appear in the correct OU within Active Directory as well?

Environment details:

WSP版本：1.2.0

Exchange Server - Exchange 2010 SP1（正常安装，不使用/主机交换机）在Windows Server 2008 R2上，此服务器也是DC

There are other DC's and Exchange servers but Websitepanel is only aware of the above mentioned server for simplicity. There are no apparent errors with Exchange or AD, replication is working all OK and as mentioned this works fine with other hosted organisations.
