I want to customize  the following in the Lync Client UI 2013:

1). Adding new Menu (Like FIle, Meet Now)

2). Adding new custom context menu when right clicking on contact (not custom menu item)

3). Adding buttons in the bottom of Lync Client as below image:

I have been searching solutions for one week. Please help me.
