I'm able to schedule a Skype meeting using UCWA but now I’m trying to schedule a meeting as a delegate, but I’m not finding a way to create a meeting as a delegate for the account owner using UCWA

Unfortunately, that API does not have the functionality to perform delegation for meetings.  Please refer to:
