Hi I am new in Lync. I am facing a problem that the mobile user(andriod/IOS) is not able to connect to the server. I am not sure the problem is. I run the Lync Connectivity Analyzer. There is one error - There seem to be issues connecting to the UCWA service with url https://lync2013.domain.co/ucwa/v1/applications using POST.

Hi,

I saw the same error message in my lab system today.

I use two front-ends without a loadbalancer for https in this case. So I simply repointed my reverse proxy for the external webservices (lyncexternalweb)  from front-end1 to front-end2 and then it started to work.

Therefore, check your UCWA webservice on the front-end and make sure you reverse proxy can reach it (DNS resolve) and that port 4443 is open from the DMZ in to the FE(s).
