I want to know how to program lync auto robot to send the document to other users who pinged robot and asked the question, then robot send some documents to them based on their questions.

firstly I dont' want to install lync client in server as robot, can I develop a program to simulator lync client with UCMA4.0.

UCMA does not have support for file transfers natively.
