I understand that Lync passes the URL to personal contact images as a part of a contacts enhanced presence. However, I can't seem to find the category/property which contains it. Anyone got a heads up?

If you are using the Lync client API, then you can get this from the Contact object.  Get the Contact for the person you want and then use the GetContactInformation() method to get the "Photo" property for the Contact.  This will return a Stream with the image information.

If you are using the UCMA API, then the PhotoUri property on the contactcard presence item has the Uri of the photo for the contact.
