        I need to generate the url of the Lync meeting which should be anonymous and also should be able to access by external users and internal users .Can any one help me how can I generate url

There is no such thing as an anonymous meeting, every meeting that is created is attached to the creator. If you are using UCWA then you would need to follow the process of creating an application using some user account to authenticate (Could be some service account you created for this purpose), and then you can use a POST to myOnlineMeetings to create a new meeting.
