How to rid-off sing out and Exit options from Lync 2013 client.

One of my customer want all their users not to access "singout or Exit" options from Lync 2013 client.
Is there any script / regedit options to achieve this scenario?

No...  It would not make sense anyway since anyone with modest computer knowledge would know they can kill the task in process monitor, or a multitude of other ways.
