Question1:  I am a newbie at asp.net and am not sure how to how to use the jquery-ui.  Is this where my CSS is supposed to be?  

Question 2:  Do I write the programming in the WebForm.aspx.vb or the WebForm.aspx?  Any Help will be appreciated!!!!!  Thank You!!!!!

JQuery UI is a tool for UI developers. It helps developers to quickly organize elements of the user interface and saves the time of coding. It’s a bit like the server-side controls in ASP. NET, what we should do is to use the controls.
