I have all windows 7 workstations on a server 2008r2 domain.  All workstations (mixed, 32 bit and 64 bit) are added to the domain.
My problem:  The diagnose and troubleshoot problems no longer works, while logged on to the domain only.  If I log on to the local machine, it works fine.
I only have a few policies running (yes, I've turned off all of them and done a gpupdate /force....same results).  If I log into the domain, I get the following errors when I trying to run diagnos:
A problem is preventing the troubleshooer from starting
Package ID:  Unknown
Path:  C:\windows\diagnostics\system\networking
Error Code 0x800B010E
Source:  Engine
User:    DomainName\Rick
Context:  Elevated

All troubleshooting is broken, along with diagnose functions while logged on the domain
Log off and log on locally, and all works fine
Seems this has to be a policy, but if I turn them all off and do gpupdate, same thing
New machines joining to the domain do the same thing within minutes.  HAS to be a policy, but I can't find it
HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!
