Could someone please give me a definitive answer to this question? Will photoshop 7 run on windows 7? I have to buy a new computer and was told that I would have to purchase PS cs4 to use on windows 7. Is this true? I can't seem to find a yes or no answer and since I was also told that I can't upgrade to cs4 from 7 it's a costly issue. Thanks!

Mine doesn't not work.  I have photoshop 7 and windows 7.  It installs and act likes it is going to start up.  But before it completly starts an error pops up that says the scratch disks are full and all you can do is close out the app.
