Hello,

You can add an action when you edit the detailed page depends on the Collection with corresponding data types. So you can send an email to the email address(data type email in Collection) you entered for that item. The "Email" button will appear at the right top corner of the page.

But still, you'd better implement these features in Visual Studio since you might need to customize the form layout. Just download the project generated by App Studio, and open it up in Visual Studio.
