Hello everyone,

I am trying to submit a game for XBox Live using the creators program and the new Construct 2 plugin. 

As far as I can tell, it should all be working and yet I am getting the error: 

"This product requires a valid Xbox Live configuration. Address any configuration errors before submitting to certification. " and the submit button is grayed out

The only thing I can think of is that Microsoft is still going through the Verification Status steps? (Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/W4eUC )

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you need to publish your service configuration on the UDC portal. Take a look at this document, starting at the "Test Xbox Live service configuration in your game" section.
