I am getting errors while publishing a sharepoint 2013 workflow through sharepoint designer 2013 in a sharepoint 2013 platform. i can successfully publish a sharepoint 2010 workflow. we have installed workflow manager and configured workflow service application proxy but couldn't be able to publish the workflow. double checked all the installation, re installed, still no luck in publishing the workflow.

Hi Vsingireddy, 

不要使用系统帐户创建工作流程，请使用其他用户创建工作流程。

Don't create workflow with system account, use another user to create workflow.

制作确保服务总线网关和服务总线消息代理服务已启动。 

Make sure the service bus gateway and service bus message broker services are started.
