I need 128 bit encryption set for IE v11. Is this supported?  If so, how do I set it?

Hi,

no you don't... the web site you are visiting is incorrectly detecting the version number of the browser. IE 10 was the fist 2 digit version. You could try Tools>Compatibility View Settings>check "Include updated website lists from Microsoft"... close and restart IE.
