Hi All,
I have a few tens Industrial Touchpanels(Advantech LPC-1003) out at the customer.
They used Intel® Atom™ N270 1.6GHz and Intel® 945GSE/ ICH7-M
and worked fine under XPe/WES2009
Now we ordered a successor(LPC-1009) and noticed that it seems that Intel has already cut the
support for XP-generation OS. (We already planned to migrate to WES7 in the near future...)
Unfortunately I have not noticed this fact.
But now I am a little bit in cold water (first batch of new hardware arrives soon and shall be at customer in a few weeks..)
=> Is there any way to run Atom Quad-Core E3845 Bay Trail SoC under WES2009?
(Eventually with some limitations like not maximum screen resolution etc.)
It seems that there is no other way as to migrate to WES7 (Already a few standard book titles on the shelf but unread..),
which is especially painfull if we need to deliver spate parts for broken hardware(we wanted to
leave this still under WES2009 and deliver only new systems under WES7)

WES2009 can on the platform. The issue is the driver support.
