I am using wince7 on my embedded computer.I can easily access other network hosts from my wince7 device.But I am trying to access wince device from my windows 7 installed laptop.But I have problem in that.

when I have search in google,they were ask me to install visual studio 2008 and choose platform builder and other things.

You will need to get support from the OEM of the device you are trying to connect to.  Windows CE is a custom OS and the OEM decides what components to include.  They will know how you are expected to connect to the device.
