Bandwidth constraints being the biggest headache.

Think about what you need to do, e.g. send keystrokes, send mouse co-ordinates and mouse clicks

Also you need to receive screen information, to minimise bandwidth you need to only update areas of the screen that have changed, so need a mechanism for doing that.
