I was wanting to use the Expression Screen Capture to capture streaming video from the internet OR the audio from a game. However, no audio is recorded. Is there an upgrade or something to allow it to or should I just download another screen capture program?

Go go "Settings" (the gear icon on the main window), and then select audio tab.  Select/Enable the playback device that your computer is using, it's usually something named "XXX Speaker" or "XXX Headphone".  Or you can check system audio properties to see which playback device you are using and enable recording on that device.
