I am using the trial version of Screen Capture Encoder 4.  When I send the completed video to the Encoder, what output formats are available and can these completed files be uploaded to the internet and downloaded in streaming video?

If you have the trial version of Encoder you can encode the screen capture files to VC-1 (WMV files). If you wish you should be able to take those files and upload them to your favourite video website like YouTube or Facebook for example.
