The company I work for uses Kinect for experiential applications. Last week, two Windows 10 PCs with Kinect V2s stopped functioning, as well as two Win10 test systems in-house, and the Win10 Developer Laptops that our devs are using. These systems are all Dells. Additionally, 4 of the systems that have stopped functioning are not a part of SCCM, and have WIndows Updates disabled via Registry. This update appears to be side-channel.

I've re-imaged the two systems to a snapshot taken in October, and the Kinects will start operating correctly.
