I would like to know if there is a way to get incremental health data? The very first time when i pull data i will query using type id and it returns me all entries for that type id.  Going onwards i would only like to get new entries added or updates as it will reduce the overload of getting data and parsing it repeatedly.

Yes, though it's not as simple as we'd like it to be.

Ask for audit section of the data (View.Sections includes Audit), which will give you the updated date for all the items. Figure out the maximum value for that, and store it.

Next time you ask, set the Filter.UpdatedDateMin property to that value. That will then return only items that were modified since that date.
