My PC  system downloaded an actualization in the past days, now I can not print from internet explorer.

Web sites that have a 'Print' button on a web page, need to be in the Intranet or Trusted sites list, where default scripting of the Web Browser control is allowed. You can use the File>Properties menu in IE to find out which IE security zone the current web site is mapped to.
