This is DumpyDutta.

Let me describe the issue I am facing with the Network Adapter indicator in Windows 7 PC. The adapter is showing not connecte but I am getting smooth internet connectivity. This is troubling me very much. I am unable to deiced that whether the Internet connection is there or not from the indicator. I had searched for the resolution online but no result.

Please help me with your valuable comments .

First...note that this forum is for questions pertaining to Microsoft Certifications and related training.

Chances are that your PC may have both an ethernet and wireless adapter.  If you're using the wireless, then it's reasonable that the ethernet adapter will show no connection.
