Please help me I have bee trying for over 6 months to figure this lap top out and Im about ready to throw it out the door.I have a compac and it has windows vista home premium service pack 1 32 bit on it and everytime I try to go on line it tells me Internet explorer can not display page then I click diagnose problem and it says network adapter 3 com dual support 10/100/1000 pci server nic is experiencing driver or hardware related issues or it will tell me I need wireless network adapters.I cant get on line to get them.But someone gave me a cd thats never been used for windows vista anytime upgrade and the disk contains 32 bits is there a way I can either clean my pc and put this on there and it will let me on line or can I just put it on with out doing anything else since I already have the same soft ware already on it.
