The December 2016 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for Embedded Standard 7 x86 does not import properly into ICE either by downloading the msu or by WEDU.  I needed to extract the CAB manually to import it.  Will this be addressed in future rollup updates?
