It seems that the diskcache.dll is no longer available in my WEC2013 public\common\oak\target\ARMV7 branch. However, the Defalt Registry Settings for FAT File Systems (Compact 2013) still mention the diskcache dll.

Can anyone give a hint to more information about this?

  where did you find diskcache.dll mention at WEC2013?
Unlikely WEC7, WEC2013's common.reg (WINCE800\public\common\oak\files) misses this field.
