We had issues that our SBS server is being slow. IBM Engineers had a look and they recommended that we need to install more than 100GB if we have 30 users (currently in our AD).

Our Software: We run SBS 2011 on this machine. No VMs.

Because IBM suggested that much RAM to put in, we bought 48GB RAM from RAMCITY for $1000 (2x32GB & 2x16GB sticks) without any research. Now SBS2011 recognises only 32GB even machine can recognise 64GB in BIOS. Then only we knew that SBS only can read 32GB even they all are Registered DIMMs. RamCity won't offer refunds, IBM doesn't wanna take the blame.

I know there is a limitation in SBS to 32GB, but is there a way PLEASE to show SBS and let SBS to use the rest of the memory.
