Starting up my WES7 image and activate HORM, everything is working.

But now i noticed that if i press Start-button and then hibernate, i create a new hiberfil.sys and the whole point of HORM is gone.

Is it suppose to behave in this way? Can i do anything to prevent this?

This is as expected. If you restore system from HORM and then hibernate it again, you overwrite hiberfil.sys.
To avoid this, do not hibernate the system, just shutdown it. The next time you boot the system, it will be restored from HORM state.
This behavior is usually not a problem in production, because you have a locked down OS and hibernation is not available for user.
