I am trying to develop an app for my handheld computers/scanners (CipherLabs 9700 series) using the Visual Studio 2013 pro that I just purchased.  It seems to develop apps for Windows Phone, which is what I am told CE is now called, but that seems to be limited to Windows Phone 8.  I do not have any older versions of Visual Studio like 5.0, or 8.0 which appear to like CE 6.0. So my problem is figuring out how to use a Microsoft product (VS 2013 pro) to develop apps for a Microsoft product (Windows CE 6.0).

Any help?
