I'm looking to provide the entire resource pool view rights to all the project in project center. Hello Hendrik, make sure that the project permission mode is enabled. Some advice how to do that is here: https://project-brain.com/2016/05/26/pwa-administration-within-office-365/ Next, go to the PWA settings to Manage Categories. Create a category, where you automatically include all projects. Select the respective views, that should be included for all resources. Go back to the PWA settings and select Manage Groups. Create a new one and link the new category to the group. Mark the category permissions. Especially to see the projects, open the projects, but not save or publish the projects. Setup the global permissions, e.g. with the help of a security template (e.g. team members or project managers). Last, you need to add the resources to the new group. Make sure to test the settings, before using it productively.
