I have a CHM file with 500 pages. I want this CHM to be converted to sandcastle HTML output. Is there any way to make sandcastle accept CHM and generate HTML output. Currently I am using screbenta to convert CHM to HTML but I need a WebTOC.xml to integrate with other existing HTML output.

If your intent is to change the styling of the HTML to match that of the Sandcastle output, you can use the HTML to MAML converter that comes with the latest release of Sandcastle to convert the HTML to MAML.  You'll still have to review and fix up issues in each topic so there would still be work to do.  Once done, you can use Sandcastle to build the MAML topics and produce a help file containing them.

If you're using the Sandcastle Help File Builder, another option is to import the HTML into the SHFB project and create a sitemap to define the TOC layout of the HTML files.  Bear in mind that this method of additional content support has been deprecated though but it may get you an end result quicker.
