I have Separate SharePoint search center  when I am searching anything , it is not returning anything, but when I go to individual site and search there, results are coming,

How to make search center return all matched data across all site ,list and libraries.

Please check if the Separate SharePoint search center in a separate web application and do not relate the SharePoint Search service application for this web application.

And check if you are using the Enterprise Search Center.
