I configured the search in sharepoint 2013 and gave the full crawl.

完成完全爬网后，出现以下错误消息.

After completing full crawl,i got below error message.

Deleted by the gatherer ( This item was deleted because it no longer exists in the repository. )

Check if item is accessible using "default content access" account? That will give you a hint.
