我正在使用Sharepoint网络服务从BizTalk更新Sharepoint列表。我可以使用sharepoint服务成功更新sharepoint列表。

I am using the Sharepoint webservice to update the Sharepoint list from BizTalk. I am able to update the sharepoint list successfully using sharepoint service.

部署到生产后，我遇到连接问题，出现以下错误。 

After deploying to production, I am facing an connectivity issue with the below error. 

如果我恢复Suspended实例，它将恢复并更新到sharepoint列表。我不确定为什么会发生这种情况。 

If i resume the Suspended instance , it is resuming and updateing to sharepoint list. I am not sure why this is happening.
